Coordinated a studio-wide shift from synchronous communication and project planning to structured issue and initiative tracking. Recruited and hired engineers to expand our development capacity. My day-to-day work involves large-scale system design, code review, and project management, as well as maintaining our primary project, which currently supports 20,000 concurrent players and has accumulated 140 million plays.
